Strategic Negotiations for High Impact Leaders

Lead with Strategy:

In a world full of stakeholders with conflicting interests and priorities, negotiation capacity is one of the most critical skills for an effective leader. At the core, a negotiation is a problem that requires a solution, and a successful negotiation happens through cooperation between two or more parties. By viewing negotiations through a problem-solving lens, executives can optimize outcomes of the negotiation. This course will combine theory and practice, and teach participants effective negotiation skills by recognizing the three-dimensional architecture (strategic, creative, and tactical) of negotiations and teach how to play in these dimensions simultaneously.
