About the Instructor

Nicole Heinz is a global human resources professional with nearly two decades of experience across both domestic and international organizations in higher education and the corporate sector. Her expertise is primarily focused on talent management, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. She has spent seven years at Georgetown University in Qatar, where she currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources. Previously, she worked in HR in the United States in the legal and healthcare industries, in addition to higher education. 

Nicole has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University. She is also certified as an HR professional through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
